If a reservation necessarily (and beyond our power) has to be changed, we will take any necessary step to offer you a substitute accommodation of the same quality.
Hotel El Mono Feliz cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages caused by reasons beyond our control ('force majeure'), such as: molest, natural catastrophes, fire, tidal waves, strikes, earthquakes etc.
Our guests can be held responsible for any damages they inflict to Hotel El Mono Feliz.
We have tried to inform you as accurate as possible. We cannot be held responsible for mistakes, changes in prices and other causes we cannot act upon.
Hotel El Mono Feliz always has the right to change the advertized prices, without notice beforehand.

We advise all our guests to effect a travel- and cancellation insurance in their own country.
Unfortunately we cannot accept cheques or credit cards.
Complaints have to be lodged as soon as possible, in a written form, if possible by email, or directly with the management of the hotel.
