No meals  included. Ages of any children: Other comments, questions or special needs? Reservation Policies Cancellations or changes to the reservation must be made in writing. Deposits / Payments 100% - required 15 days before the guest's arrival date. If the Lodge is completely reserved and we receive another reservation for the same dates, we allow the first reservation 3 days to confirm with the proper deposit. This deposit is non- refundable. Reservations which are not guaranteed with a deposit within the limits established above are subject to cancellation without notice. Cancellation Cancellation received more than 30 days prior to arrival date .........................refund 100% Cancellation received 30 - 15 days prior to arrival date .........................refund 50% There is no refund for cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival date. The exception is, if we are able to sell the rooms a refund of 80% is given.
