6 days Arenal and Rio Frio (Cano Negro Reserve) - only $380

- 1. day - arrival at Hotel Valle
del Sol (small family hotel with view to volcano Poas) in Trinidad, 10 miles
west of San José.
- 2. day - trip to volcano Poas with walk through the cloud
forest, later on sightseeing in San José, return to Trinidad.
- 3. day - trip to La Fortuna - horse ride to waterfall La Fortuna,
you can take a bath and watch Oropendolas and Tucans.
- 4. day - trip to Cano Negro Reserve, where you see crocodils,
birds and many other animals. At night bath in the hot springs.
- 5. day - walk to the lava flow with bath in the lagoon.
Picknick in the park, later on walk through the tropical rain forest. See
monkeys,
Tucans, wild Turkeys, green parrots and other birds.
- 6. day - trip around Lake Arenal to Tilaran, Canas, Puntarenas,
passing Nationl Park Carara and Rio Tarcoles until we get to Quepos.
