KultTour gets you to know the historical and present culture of the land besides the beauty of Costa Rica. My offer adapts itself harmoniously in the cultural and sociological circumstances of the land.

As a person who was almost cultural-creative her whole life in Germany, I am also very well familiar with the culture and history of Costa Rica.

KultTour  offers two attractive, cultural and socialogical tours. On tour one for example you will hear everything about the criminal politics involved with the railway construction, the history of school education or the story of a 3 Billion treasure.

On tour two you will find authentical scenes of the people of the Indians, many medical plants and traditional indian mythology and history.

Each of the tours is an authentic experience of Costa Rica.

Tour 1) „The window to Costa Rica“, the experienced city tour.

I will guide you hiking to six different locations in San Jose. At each of the places you will hear exciting historical stories, which can not be found in a travel guide or elsewhere. Not only that:
the reports are witnessed and well investigated.

This tour, which you won´t find offered anywhere else, is about 5 hours long. It includes a lunch together at Mercado Central. The price is very moderate.

Tour 2) „The fire dancers of the Maleku“

We do a trip to the cultural roots of Costa Rica.

With KultTour you take part in authentical indian ceremonies, you will see a lot of medical plants and precolumbian graves, you will hear the Nahua dialect and experience breathtaking fights. On top of that, you will hear a lot of mythological legends to better understand the indian culture.

Hear how the indians live today and what is so special about their habits.

About your guide: As the husband of Netze-tahuatl, a Costa Rican Indian, and as a long year friend of the Maleku, Borruka and Bri-Bri, he knows the stories and the background of the Costa Rican Indians very well.

As a former author for the German TV stations RIAS, SFB and SWR, he is used of investigating exacty about social, cultural and political themes.
