The biggest problem if you want
to buy real estate in a foreign country, is the language, which is not spoken by many
clients. Unserious brokers could take terrible advantage and use it to sell high above
market price for example.
Often, they also
work with furniture shops, household sales, and so on to earn an extra commision, which
can be as high as 10 % and more.
If you buy from us, we always forward commisions 100 %
directly to our clients.
The construction of our own projects are leaded by a
German expert, from the beginning until the delivering of your keys.
During the whole construction, you will be informed at least every 4 weeks about the
progress. If you wish, we also send pictures of the construction taken by a digital
camera. We will create a page in the internet for you, where you can see last pictures and
be a part of the job.
You pay depending on the progress and your payment plan.
When you sign the contract, there is an initial fee of 10 %, which can be deposited on a
notaries trust account.
If you cancel the contract, we have to keep 5 % of the contract amount for our paper work
and other expenses.
The other 5 % will be paid back to you. A contract can not be cancelled anymore, after the
construction started.
We charge a brokers fee of 5 % incl. Costarican tax for
all our services.
If you buy on of our own projects, there is no brokers
fee involved.
If you want to see your dream house in Costa Rica, we can
take care of suitable accommodation as well as the transfer from the airport. If you
dicide to buy, you have been our guest for 5 days. This means, that in this case, transfer
and accommodation as well as trips to the different objects are totally free.
Furthermore, we immediately pay for your tickets in cash
(maximum 2, up to US$ 500 each), if you provide a copy of the flight tickets. |
