FREE DROP OFF OR PICK UP PROGRAM

This program applies with no charge when using air services of SANSA or TRAVELAIR
and for rentals of three days or more.

 •  Applies to any destination of SANSA or TRAVELAIR
 •  Vehicles will be delivered or received at airport or the landing strip
 •  Flight information should be given to our reservation department at the moment of booking
 •  If no air service is used with SANSA or TRAVELAIR drop off charges will apply

ROAD ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Adobe Rent a Car anticipating to the needs of our customers created the Road Assistance program for your convenience, tranquility and reliability.

We selected 21 service stations around the Costa Rica area to provide the following services:

• Tire repair
• Replacements of bulbs or headlights
• Phone
• Bathrooms
• Refill of windshield liquid or any other fluid of the vehicle
• Attention to any mechanical situation to the automobile

All service stations are identified with signs like this for an easy location.

OUR ADVISE

• If you plan on driving bad roads, we suggest a 4x4 vehicle
• Keep your car locked all the times, even while you drive
• Try not to leave your car unattended, if you have any values inside your car
• Do not give the car keys to any stranger (Valet Parking)
• Before you go on a trip, find your way on the road assistance map, supplied at our counter
• Drive defensibly not offensively
